Is the inverse of this scenario also true? If our client owns the land but leases a portion of their land to a farmer for a minimum of 15 years to put into agriculture production, would this meet the requirements of the imperative, assuming of course that all agriculture actives on site also meet every other imperative?
Part II Yes, as long as all of the requirements of the Imperative are met, the required urban agriculture may be provided by a third party leaseholder.
