Question:
This is in reference to an imperative that doesn't exist under v2.1. Can you clarify if an owner's rep, project manager or LBC consultant counts as one of the organizations that can get a JUST label and qualify for Imperative 18?
Answer:
An owner's rep, project manager, or LBC consultant is allowed to be the team member organization that meets the requirements of I18 Just Organizations, provided that the firm in question plays an integral role in the design and/or construction of the project. In addition, organizations must have at least five employees to qualify for a Just Label.
