I’m a member but I am having trouble accessing my online courses through the Member Dashboard.

Your login credentials to the Member Dashboard are different from the login you create to access courses in ILFI’s online course catalog, as these are two separate platforms. You’ll be prompted to create a new online course account once you enroll in your first course. ILFI recommends that members use the same email address for both for simplicity.
