Help! My course progress isn't updating!
If you find that the status for a course is not updating to complete, double check that you have done all the following:
- Completed all course content
- Passed the Final Quiz with an 80% or higher
- Submitted any required course evaluations
If the course still doesn't show as completed once you've done all these things, reach out to education@living-future.org so we can help! We're able to manually update your course on the back-end so that you won't lose any progress.
Are there captions, subtitles, or transcripts for course videos?
All course videos should have captions available in Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Hindi, Japanese, and Spanish. If you discover a course video without captions, please send notice to education@living-future.org. If captions are not available in your language, let us know!
