Q: How do I obtain a copy of my LFA certificate?

1. Log into your Education Dashboard (if you're not able to log in, try our troubleshooting instructions).
2. Click the "My Courses" button.
3. Select "LFA Achievement Kit" (this course should appear on your My Courses page once you've received your LFA welcome email from LFA@living-future.org).
4. If you haven't already, complete the LFA Achievement Kit module by clicking "Start" or "Resume." Your certificate will not be available until you have completed the LFA Achievement Kit module. 
5. Once the LFA Achievement Kit module is complete, you can find your certificate in the righthand panel (see screenshot below). The certificate will open in a separate tab of your internet browser, at which point you can download it to your computer.
