Yes! You may report education earned up to one year prior to your enrollment in the Foundational Curriculum.
For example: If you attended the Living Future Conference in May and enrolled in the Foundational Curriculum in April of the following year, the General Credits earned from your Living Future Conference attendance can be counted toward your LFA achievement.
