Where can I find my membership receipt?

For purchases after July 15th, 2024:

You should receive an email receipt from Shopify (platform hosting the Living Future Marketplace) after your payment has been processed.

To access receipts for membership and other Living Future Marketplace purchases, navigate to the Marketplace and select the person icon in the top-right corner of your screen*. 

Then, create an account or login with your Marketplace customer portal credentials. If creating a new account, you will receive an email with next steps for activating your Marketplace account.

Please note: The Marketplace customer portal is a different login from your Member Dashboard. Email membership@living-future.org if you encounter issues creating or accessing your Living Future Marketplace customer portal account.

*On a mobile device, click the hamburger menu (three lines) in the upper left corner, then click the person icon and Log in button at the bottom of the screen.

For purchases prior to July 15th, 2024:

A receipt should have been emailed to you from Stripe after your payment was processed. To request a new copy, please contact the Living Future Membership team at membership@living-future.org.
