Just 3.0 Application Organization Progress Tracker


Purpose: 

  • Serve as a tool to track the organization’s progress through the Just 3.0 application.
  • Step-by-step identification and review of the requirements for Just 3.0.  
  • Include notes and person(s) responsible for each Indicator.
  • Please note: This document is a high-level overview of Just 3.0 requirements. Please reference the Just 3.0 Program Manual for more details and clarifications.
  • Please note: Using this tracker is not required for documentation submission.

How to Use:

  • Make a copy of this document (File > Make a Copy). Feel free to title and store the document however and wherever you please. 
  • Starting from left to right, use the following features in the progress tracker per Indicator to navigate and track your Just 3.0 application progress:
    • Level Selected: Click the drop down to choose your intended performance Level ranging from Levels 0-4. 
    • Policy (+ components): Ensure each of your policies has the minimum written policy requirements (see + components). Click the checkbox in the Policy (+ components) column per Indicator [where applicable] when you have completed the additional written policy requirements. Please review the Clarifications (see below) in the Just 3.0 Program Manual for additional requirements (such as Applicability).
    • Compliance Path: Click the drop down to choose your intended performance pathway. Please note some Indicators do not have a Compliance Path drop down option since General is the only Compliance Pathway.
    • Documentation Required for Selected Level + Compliance Path?: Determine which documentation is required for your Selected Level by reviewing the metric requirements and additional Clarifications, Calculations, and Exceptions (see below) outlined in the Just 3.0 Program Manual and clicking the corresponding hyperlink for more details. Click the corresponding checkbox once you have completed the documentation requirements. Please note: Each document is individually required in the application portal.

      • Reference the Documentation Requirement Tables in the Just 3.0 Program Manual (see example here).
    • Read + Comply w/ All Clarifications, Calculations, Exceptions?: Click the corresponding hyperlink [if applicable] to confirm thorough review and compliance of the additional Clarifications, Clarifications, and Exceptions. Click the corresponding checkbox once you have read and complied with the additional requirements.

    • Policy Administrator: Click the “People” chip to assign who will be responsible for administering the policy. Be sure to include this information in your written policies [see Policy (+ components)].

    • Status: Click the drop down to choose the status of your progress, change the status each time an update has been made, and add any corresponding notes (see below) to describe the status reason.

    • Approval: Click the “People” chip to choose a person from your team who will review and approve the completed Indicator, such as senior leadership.

    • Notes: Use this section to jot down any helpful notes related to your progress on the corresponding Indicator.


Other Notes:

  • If you change any text, please keep in mind that the formatting may shift (i.e., checkbox alignment) and you would have to make your own adjustments accordingly.
  • If you hover your cursor over to the left of a checklisted documentation, you can assign a task to someone, allowing for more collaboration with your team.
