How do I register or renew my membership?

Please note: The Living Future Community is a separate platform from the building project portal/Just label portal, 3E Exchange, and Living Future courses—these platforms require separate login credentials. We highly recommend using the same email across Living Future platforms to reduce confusion and streamline experiences.

If you do not already have an account in our Living Future Community platform, you can create a free account for limited benefits access, or become a Professional Member for full benefits and perks of Living Future Membership. You can find more information about our member benefits in the Living Future Marketplace.

For existing members: As of May 1, 2025, Professional Membership is available only as an annual subscription (auto-renewal). If you already have an account in our Living Future Community platform, you can login to renew or activate your subscription by following these steps:

If Subscription Status is 'Trial' or 'Active'

  1. Login into your Living Future Community account
  2. Follow the guidance outlined in this FAQ.
  3. Once you have added or updated your billing information, your membership will automatically renew on the 'Renews on' date shown for the subscription (as shown below).

If Subscription Status is 'Cancelled'

  1. Login into your Living Future Community account
  2. Go to the “Billing” section of account settings
  3. Click the three dots on the right hand side
  4. Select “Renew Subscription”
