How to Access Your Project or Just Label in Portal

For Living Future Members

1. Log into the membership dashboard. If you are not able to log in, please reach out to membership@living-future.org.
2. Click the Register or Manage a Project/Label button.

3. Click the Access Project Portal button or Access Just Portal button to access your applications.

   

4. Your applications will be listed on the Applications page.

   

5. Click the Programs tab to access project registration.

   

6. If you do not see the correct building project applications, reach out to lbc.support@living-future.org. If you do not see the correct Just applications, please reach out to just.support@living-future.org.

For Project/Label Collaborators (no membership required as of March 1st, 2024)

If you have never accessed Portal before:

1. Access Portal using this link.
2. If you have never accessed Portal before and have never been a Living Future Member, you will need to create an Apply applicant account. To do this, click Register in the upper right hand corner of Portal.

2. This will let you create an account on this page:

3. Create an account and verify your email by clicking through the emailed link sent by Survey Monkey.

4. If you do not receive a verification email, please check your spam folder. The email will come from noreply@mail.smapply.net. You can resend a verification link email by clicking “Continue to site.”

   

5. Your applications will be listed on the Applications page.

   

6. Click the Programs tab to access project registration.

   

7. If you do not see the correct building project applications, reach out to lbc.support@living-future.org. If you do not see the correct Just applications, please reach out to just.support@living-future.org.
8. NOTE: In order to accept a project collaboration invitation, you will need an account. Please follow the steps above and then click through the link in the collaboration email to accept the invitation and view the application.

If you have only accessed Portal via the membership dashboard previously but are no longer a Living Future Member:

1. Access Portal using this link.

2. Click the Log In button at the top of the page and select SurveyMonkey Apply. Only select Living Future Members Login if you have an active membership.

   

3. Enter your email and reset your account password. You should be able to log into your Survey Monkey account following a password reset. If you are not able to log in, please reach out to lbc.support@living-future.org.

4. Your applications will be listed on the Applications page.

   

5. Click the Programs tab to access project registration.

   

6. If you do not see the correct building project applications, reach out to lbc.support@living-future.org. If you do not see the correct Just applications, please reach out to just.support@living-future.org.

If you have accessed Portal before without a Living Future Membership:

1. Access Portal using this link.
2. Click the Log In button at the top of the page and select SurveyMonkey Apply. Enter your applicant account email and password and log in.

3. Your applications will be listed on the Applications page.

   

4. Click the Programs tab to access project registration.
