How do I downgrade my membership? (Switch from Professional to Introductory)
We recommend reviewing our membership level benefits and FAQs prior to switching membership levels. Switching membership levels is effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
To switch from Professional Membership to Introductory Membership:
- Visit the “Subscriptions” tab of the Billing section of your Living Future Community Account Settings.
- Click on the three dots next to your subscription and select “Cancel”.
