What are my Organizational Membership benefits? How do I redeem them?
Organizational Memberships include an allocated number of (or unlimited) individual Professional Memberships. We offer package add-ons at a discounted rate including 10% off additional Professional Memberships, 20% off Living Future Accreditation (LFA) and advanced courses, and 20% off Living Future Conference passes and books from Ecotone Publishing.
The benefits of Organizational Memberships are allocated to organizations via a welcome email to our package primary contact for your organization. The email is sent from membership@living-future.org and the subject is “Welcome! Organizational Package benefits + next steps”. Package primary contacts are responsible for distributing the benefits within an organization.
Individual Professional Memberships are redeemed using your organization’s unique invitation link. To register or renew Professional Membership through a Organizational Membership, individuals should click the custom invitation link provided in the “Welcome! Organizational Package benefits + next steps” email. Members will login to their existing Living Future Community (hosted by Circle) account or create a new account. Please note, this is a new member platform with a new account and new login credentials for all members beginning May 1, 2025.
Beginning May 2025, all Professional Memberships are valid for 1 year from the date of the Organizational Membership’s distribution/issuance and will lapse on the same date, regardless of when the member signs up using the invitation link. In other words, to maximize individual Professional Member benefits, we highly recommend using the custom invitation link to join your organization’s Organizational Membership as soon as possible.
All Professional Members within an organization’s package will be downgraded to free Community Member access in the Living Future Community if the organization does not renew their package prior to the package expiration date (1 year from the date of distribution/issuance). The Package expiration date can be found in the package welcome email.
How is my Organizational Membership recognized in the community?
Professional Members associated with a Organizational Membership package are recognized in the Living Future Community with a “Organizational Member” tag, as shown below.
