Guidance for LBC 3.X Projects

How can my LBC 3.X project seek approval for a deviation from the program requirements?
LBC 3.X project teams should start by reviewing the LBC 3.X Previous Dialogue Records. Applicable rulings from the Dialogue may be utilized as part of an LBC 3.X project's documentation submission without further approval from Living Future, but the team must be sure to clearly reference the applicable ruling's title (e.g., 19-0403 v3.x/Wetland Classification and Buffer Guidance 3.x) in their documentation.
If the LBC 3.X Previous Dialogue Records do not contain any applicable rulings, the team should submit a Request for Ruling (RfR). RfRs have served as the formal process for seeking approval for deviations from the program requirements since July 10, 2023.
