What is a team organizer?
We use the term team organizer to refer to the individual leading the LFA for Teams program for their group. Often (but not always), this is the person who completed the LFA for Teams purchase and who serves as the primary point of contact for Living Future.
The role of team organizer is what you make it! Once you complete your purchase, we encourage you to explore the LFA Team Learning Guide, which has numerous strategies and suggestions for organizing and motivating your team's LFA achievement.

How does the learning experience differ for someone enrolled through LFA for Teams versus someone enrolled in LFA as an individual?
The course content and format will be exactly the same whether you enroll in Living Future Accreditation (LFA) as an individual or as part of a team. With LFA for Teams, teams may choose to engage more collaboratively using strategies from the LFA for Teams Learning Guide, which includes pacing suggestions, discussion prompts, and tips for group facilitation. It's entirely up to each team how structured or independent they want the experience to be!
How do I know if LFA for Teams is right for my group?
There are three ways to enroll in Living Future Accreditation (LFA):
- Individual LFA Enrollment - This is the best option if you’re ready to pursue LFA and are not part of a group of three or more.
- Enrollment through LFA for Teams - This is the best option for groups of three or more that want to focus their energy on LFA achievement. You'll receive a Team Learning Guide with optional strategies for actively facilitating your group's learning journey—but even if you don't have interest in active facilitation, team enrollment is still worthwhile for the 15% discount!
- Enrollment through Corporate Membership - This is the best option for organizations that want deeper engagement with the Living Future community, including but not limited to LFA achievement for their staff. All levels of Corporate Membership include 30% off LFA enrollment, a number of Professional Memberships to distribute among your team, and additional discounts on Living Future Conference tickets and Ecotone books.
