Can I combine discounts or promotional offers for my course purchase?


Discounts and/or promotional offers cannot be combined for course purchases. Only one discount or promotion may be applied per transaction.


Can I receive a refund for my course purchase?


All purchases made through our online shop are final. We do not offer refunds for any products. If you believe you require an exception to this policy (perhaps you experienced a technical error during the checkout process, etc.) please email us.


I purchased education and failed to apply my member discount—may I receive a refund?


It is the responsibility of the Professional Living Future Member to ensure that the member discount code is entered correctly and/or applied before completing the purchase. Please email us should you encounter an issue when attempting to use your membership discount.
