With regard to the requirement in the Health + Happiness Petal (3.X: I08 Healthy Interior Environment, 4.0: I09 Healthy Interior Environment) that the current version of ASHRAE 62 be met, projects must comply with the version of ASHRAE 62 current at the time of the project's registration for the Living Building Challenge (or Core Green Building Certification).
